personal qualities will include a friendly disposition,effective
communication skills , the ability to accept responsibility and

multi craft skills are most desireable. Those without will be expected
to develop those skills through education and training.
echanics will be skilled in the following:
- Hydraulics
- Pneumatics
- Welding
- Fabrication
- Fork Lift Repair
Electricians will be skilled in the following:
- PC/PLC
- Variable Frequency Drives
- Troubleshooting
- Process Control Loop
Education and experience with CNC,HVAC,Pipe fitting, and PC skills a
plus
Starting wages are $23 per hour with additional compensation based
on multi craft skill level.
